A common question I get asked.

Spices: is a simple one. If it has sugar, msg, corn, maize, palm oil or bread crumbs then I wouldn’t use it on a strict diet nor if you’re concerned about health. 

If you want to take it one step further make sure your spice brand is Non irradiated, MSG free and and GMO free. Best is to grow your own herbs and try and buy organic.
