Its a LIFESTYLE based plan. The principles are based on clean eating, proper nutrition, increased calories for your baby and planned cheat meals once a week.
Eating well means you have to make it easy, and definitely tasty… also including foods that your baby needs and that will curb your ‘bad food’ cravings. An eating plan during pregnancy is not a diet – you are not cutting back on the amount of food you eat, rather it’s about making better food choices.
Our plan is rich in calcium and vitamin D. These nutrients will help your baby grow strong bones and teeth. Making sure you eat enough omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for your baby’s brain development.
Included in our preggie plan is a free breastfeeding plan for when baby is born.
