This is a do-able lifestyle plan that is easy to follow as you can still have a social life, eat out and achieve your goals. What type of plan is Kelfit?
Kelfit is a low GI (glycaemic index), moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein low fat approach. We can however tailor the plan to suit your needs- eg endurance, Banting, LCHF etc
I have a medical condition eg PCOS, Insulin resistance, diabetes etc can I still do Kelfit Lifestyle?
Yes of course, as long as you have your doctors consent to partake, Kelfit is a very heathy and balanced plan and we do not believe in cutting out any food groups. We work on balancing hormones through a proper, well thought out nutrition plan. For clients with diabetes we recommend seeing a dietitian face to face.
What type of foods you eat on Kelfit, is it normal every day foods?
Kelfit is based on normal every day foods that you can find in your home. There are a few specialised products but we give you lots of choices
I am living on a budget, is this plan expensive and will it work for me?
We can do a budget friendly plan and you will be able to shop on a budget. Please stipulate this on your questionnaire.
Will my family be able to eat the same foods I eat?
Yes your family will be able to eat what you eat, certain meals may differ but Kelfit is something the whole family can enjoy and do together. You wont have to cook separate meals, you can just adapt yours.
How much weight will I lose per week?
This is totally up to you as a person. It depends on how hard you work, how disciplined you are, how stubborn your body is, if your head is in the right place, if you trust your coach, and If you are in a positive space mentally. We believe that a good loss is anywhere between 500g-2kgs a week.
Can I lose weight by just doing the diet alone with no training?
Yes for sure, losing weight is 80% diet and only 20% exercise so you can definitely lose weight by doing the diet plan alone.
Will I be able to drink alcohol on my plan.
For a good solid weight loss, no alcohol is best but we do allow spirits and the odd glass of wine on Kelfit Lifestyle.
When do I get a cheat day or cheat meal?
You will be able to have one planned cheat meal per week on Kelfit. You can choose when this will be and you will be able to have whatever you feel like
I do a lot of travelling, will this plan work for me?
Yes you will still be able to travel and utilise foods on the run. Sign up for one of the coaching packages so that your coach can teach you how.
What happens when my 12 weeks are up?
You can sign up for the Kelly Stegen Level Up subscription for R89pm where you can receive additional support and mentoring or you can choose to re-sign with your coach
What type of training will I have to do?
We will design a training plan to suit your goals and needs, dependant on the equipment you have available to you as well as the number of days you are able to train for
What additional support will I get if I sign up for the bronze package only?
You will only get the full Kelfit manual with everything you need to know as well as access to the Kelfit gals closed facebook group. We recommend that you sign up then for the Kelly Stegen Level up subscription at R89 per month for additional motivation and inspiration.
